Internationally recognized comedian Naseem Vicky, who has been in numerous comedic productions, including the Indian comedy series "The Kapil Sharma Show," claims to have received payment of 500,000 Indian rupees for his appearance in an episode.
Vicky recently took part in a podcast interview when the host inquired about The Kapil Sharma Show's one-day compensation.
In response, Vicky stated that the payment for a "The Kapil Sharma Show" episode in India ranges from 4 to 5 lacs Indian rupees, which is equivalent to 15 to 20 lacs Pakistani rupees at present time.
According to him, the Indian comedy program's screenplay was written by seven or eight authors. One day of recording and rehearsal followed before the show aired.
When the host inquired about Kapil Sharma's cost for a single program, Naseem Vicky said teasingly that it would take a broken calculator to figure out Sharma's pay.
