Five years ago, popular South Korean pop singer and YouTuber Daud Kim declared that a mosque would be built in the Korean city of Incheon.
Kim posted images of the contract and the property he bought for the mosque on Instagram.
"I have finally finalized a contract for land to build a Masjid in Incheon with your assistance.
This will soon be the location of a mosque. "This day is unbelievable," he wrote as the caption for his photo.

Following his conversion to Islam, the YouTuber has frequently expressed his desire to travel to Madina and Makkah.
Kim converted to Islam in 2019 and underwent the Umrah in Ramadan of 2022.
